Upon joining LGT, Austin quickly established himself as a leader, demonstrating his passion in the assurance services department. As a senior manager, Austin oversees the work performed by professional staff and serves as the primary link between the professional staff, manager, partner, and the client. Austin has experience working with both franchise and independent dealers. In addition, he has substantial experience with related finance, real estate, and offshore reinsurance companies. On the benefit plan side, Austin primarily focuses on multi-employer health and welfare plans.
