Brad Gross leads our firm’s tax service line, which focuses on business succession planning; corporate reorganizations; income, gift and estate tax planning; mergers and acquisitions; multi-state taxation issues; federal and state tax returns; proactive tax planning; tax representation; international taxation; and transfer pricing. Before bringing his talents to public accounting, Brad served several years as a revenue agent with the Internal Revenue Service. His unique experience working with the IRS and now in the private sector specializing in construction, makes his perspective invaluable to the firm’s clients. Among the services that Brad provides are tax strategies and planning for individuals, corporations, and partnerships at all levels. Additionally, Brad has specialties in business succession planning as well as long-range strategies for estate and gift planning.

On Friday, March 27th, the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act (the Act) passed the U.S. House of Representatives and was signed into law by the president.

The CARES Act is possibly the most sweeping economic stimulus package ever and is an ambitious and much-needed shot in the arm to a flagging economy hobbled by the coronavirus.
