Kyle Pacheco, CPA, CCIFP is one of LGT's newest partners, receiving his promotion to the position at LGT's annual State of the Union staff meeting in February 2023. Before being promoted, Kyle was responsible for managing a team of more than 30 individuals. His responsibilities included overseeing all phases of the engagement, including planning, supervising staff, and financial statement preparation. Kyle has experience with numerous types of jobs from single location reports to reports involving multi-level consolidations. He is also part of our research, training, and implementation team in charge of researching GAAP and analyzing new accounting pronouncements and how they will affect our clients, along with providing them with assistance on how to implement the new accounting pronouncements. Kyle also serves as a consultant to his clients in the construction industry and helps with a wide array of projects with scopes from implementation of new accounting standards, internal control design and effectiveness to analysis of overhead and cost allocations to projects. Kyle is an active member of multiple local professional associations and was LGT's Employee of the Year in 2019.
A Fun Fact About Kyle
"My wife and I are expecting our first kid later this year. This is an exciting change for both of us as we prepare to be parents for the first time."
