Chadd Dearen

Chadd is a senior manager in Lane Gorman Trubitt's (LGT) Assurance Services department, playing a key role in leading the not-for-profit (NFP) group with more than nine years of experience providing assurance and advisory services to not-for-profit organizations. He specializes in delivering high-quality audits that enhance transparency, strengthen internal controls, and support mission-driven organizations in achieving financial accountability and regulatory compliance. Throughout his career, Chadd has worked with a diverse portfolio of nonprofit entities, including foundations, educational institutions, cultural arts & museums, membership organizations, charitable organizations, and faith-based organizations. Chadd partners closely with executive leadership, boards of directors, and audit committees to provide strategic insights beyond the audit, identifying operational efficiencies and risk management improvements tailored to the nonprofit environment. Outside of work, Chadd played college football as a kicker and punter and continues to stay active playing on LGT's soccer team.
